I do 15 or 20 minutes of cardio before I start lifting weights. It's not huge but it's good enough, I think. I also play football on weekends

I used to have a regimen but it got annoying to me at least, I've just stuck with the protein shakes post with creatine as aone said. I do want to start incorporating BCAA's in there somewhere once I get my schedule regulated with school and work and shit. Pre workouts make my heart want to burst.

Thanks brother. I think being constant is the key. Once you start giving up every two weeks, you'll lose motivation and gains. There are days I don't wanna go to the gym but I still force myself to go at least 4 times a week. Anything else is a failure for me lol and it only happened once in the past few months. I sound like I'm obssessed with it but I'm not I swear.

Also benched 178 lbs today for the first time, for 10 reps. My homie spotted me for the last rep but I managed to do the rest without his help. It means a lot to me even though it might not be impressive to someone like Bigray or TRSS lmao.

Tbh everyone should post gym/lifting experiences here, like if something funny happens or anything. I don't think we have this kind of thread here.

Mhh what do you mean? If you add like 10, how many reps would you be able to do? When I struggle to add weight, I either push myself and try to do more reps until I feel like I can add weight, or I add weights and I can't reach 10 reps but I'll keep doing it until I reach my goal.
