Eminem can come pretty close to rapping like he did 1999-2002 but it's not exactly the same. Like others have said, he had to relearn how to rap and regain his motor skills. Anyone with half a brain can realize that that means he had to start from scratch thus it's completely understandable that he raps differently in sobriety.

even if he raps like he did from 99-02 , his voice is so much deeper now.

imo his 02 voice was perfect
