If two humans were left alive in the world, and one killed the other, would it still be considered murder if nobody else is there to think it is wrong?

Well I've been talkin bout it in a debate on 4cahn so I thought it was owrth amkin a topic about here.

Law is ultimately an expression of ethical views of a society, so it would be entirely up to the singel representative of saud society to define law aka ethical backbone of a society of one person.

The answer is: would he consider it murder?

Simple enough, isnt it?

Well its not.

Roman principle of nullum crimen or whatsisname supposes a society of more than 2 people as a base which it is defined upon, isnt it?

So its about "when" is the time when the deed is evaluated? Is it the time of the killing pr the time after the killing?

If you consider the exact time of the deed the definition is NOT about the ethical disposition of the killer but about the common denomiator.

so if you kill someone, despite how many people are left in the world, it's still murder

Just because there's no law to comfirm it murder, doesn't mean it's not murder. It's still killing someone, and killing another human being is murder....unless it's accidentlal...but in this case, it's killing another human being on purpose

Okay, I'm gonna say this shit once. Murder is only murder when unlawful. Laws are views. Views are from people. One person, one view. It's not against him. So, laws? No. So, Muder? No.
