This is right.
XP with SP2 very good.
Vista with SP1 very good.
SP1 for Vista is better as XP with SP2.

its strange cos vista works well on my pc but horribly on my laptop. my laptop came with vista so i took it off and put xp on which runs super fast with the spec it has

More notebooks with vista run very slow.
When you have a notebook install xp.
Vista with SP1 run on laptop better as vista without SP1.
SP1 make vista faster and more.
