More notebooks with vista run very slow.
When you have a notebook install xp.
Vista with SP1 run on laptop better as vista without SP1.
SP1 make vista faster and more.

Windows 98,Windows XP,Windows Vista have problem but 1 year later microsoft cam with Service Pack1 and more later with Service Pack 2.
Windows XP without Service Pack have very big problems with SP2 have windows XP no problem.
This is microsoft.

After Vista Service Pack 1 more people change from XP to vista.
Vista SP1 is better as XP with SP2 or SP3 for new Games.
Bill Gates said: Service Pack 2 for Vista come out spring 2009.
Windows 7 (Vienna) come out 2009?

Service Pack 1 was a good idea.
Business man do not change to vista because new os and new learing and the not like the new design.

I like my Vista Ultimate with Service Pack 1.
I found when you have a new PC with more than 2 GB RAM and more than 2x2,0 GHz Processor and a Graficchip with 128MB you can install Vista Ultimate.
Ultimate is the better version from vista and i have no problem in the first year and 6 moths.
My first year with XP with SP1 i have many problems with drivers and games.
I don't unterstand other user they have problem with vista.

I'd stick with xp if you have under 2gb of RAM. if you have 3 or 4 vista will be fine.

Windows Vista Service Pack 2 come out spring 2009.
And Windows Seven come out 2010.18% working with Vista.
And Windows Xp fall down from 90%-82%.
