I wouldn't say Hallie's Song- that song is happy...he even says it at the beginning that he's happy: it's just a highly emotional song.

I'd say Stan (the chorus from Dido is really sad...and fan suicide is also sad), Kim (lots of raw emotion of anger/sadness), and maybe even Like Toy Soldiers to a certain extent.
