Hey.
I just need a simple beat, where I can practise my flow/delivery ..
Just make it something like 2 minutes long, with a simple melody..
Thanks if someone does it

flowing isnt about the beat, obviously badly made beats are hard to flow on when the drums are fucked up but my advice would be.
if you looking to gain more confidence from how flowing on a beat actually works, listen to a rapper like Rakim, listen were his rhymes hit on the beat and were his words hit. what can simply be defined as the "boom" like "boom boom chuck, boom boom chuck" in the drums, if something he hits, but his core rhyme structure is on the "chuck" (or the snare) this is basic, rakim does it almost perfect on ever beat he is on thats why he is one of the best, but that is a basic flow. you can also flow to the hi hat, eminem does that on the track "superman" but i wouldnt recomend it and it sounds alot like eminem when its done. i recomend, not copying but aspiring to get the basics from the way rakim flows and then creating your own style of doin so.

dont laugh at my bad way of explaning things.
but you hit the point i ment, rakim flows to the beat pefrectly almost always, simple but thats what he does so its good to study if your un aware of what flowing actually is
