It's most likely a problem with you firewall blocking firefox. Have you made any changes that would do that?

i installed it again but still not working!

It is showing like this:

Icar you should go on to there website and look for contacts, and when you do find the mozilla customer service, just explain to them the situation and they should definetly have the answer for you.

lol try restarting your computer

that use to happen to me, its some sort of internet connection problem.
you dont have to power cycle or anything but restarting usually does it for me
turn your computer off, wait a few minutes then it works for me. shazam.
