Basking in rave reviews received by his new hip-hop side project, The Rising Tied, under the name Fort Minor, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda is gearing up to hit the road in 2006 bringing.
Shinoda will kick off the forthcoming tour in Minneapolis, Minnesota on January 28 and end in Atlanta, Georgia on February 9, stopping in New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC along the way.
Fort Minor's live show promises to feature an 11-piece band made up of Shinoda, Styles of Beyond, a live string section, back-up singers and BeatDown on drums, according to his label, Machine Shop. In addition, Shinoda will have a few surprises for attendees including reanimated Linkin Park tracks performed Fort Minor style.
