Relapse re-released as Relapse:Refill this December

good news as far as we get to here 5 new em songs, good Em will put out even more in 2009
but i think he just hinted that he is doing "whacky" songs on R2, cause he said he basically started over and wants to prove he can do those type of songs still... so i think the emotional tracks that were on R2 will be on The Refill

also congrats to Zu and Arabian Shady on vet
sure there is more just havent seen em yet but congrats

I understood it to be the opposite. R2 was going to be the crazy shit but he scrapped that and went in an entirely different direction. So we're getting on the refill was going to be the R2 similar to R1. but now R2 is going to be more emotional and we get that next year. That's how I understood it. But pointless guessing, we'll find out what songs we get in a few weeks.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is a stunt by interscope to boost attention to 50's record. They conveniently announced this shit right after they got the news from 50's first week sales. Maybe im putting too much into it.

He could release a double disc version of relapse or of relapse 2, but in that way, fans would buy the double disc edition and ppl who don't like him so much would buy the regular. But if he'd released relapse 8 months later in a premium edition with more tracks, he could sell a lot more. It's all about money...

dude you need to chill. he's rich as fuck and it's only so much you can spend on sleeping pills. i really doubt he wants your money that bad. When he says "I just want my fans to hear this material" i believe him, most people are just gonna download it anyway. he knows it
